We deliver in insured/covered parcels only. During ordering, the delivery charges are displayed to the customer and they have to be paid by the customer. Regarding parcels to non-European countries the customer has to ask us about details on delivery charges. In case additional delivery charges accrue for large orders, the customer will be informed.

The delivery charges depend on the destination country and the size of the order, i.e. the weight of the parcel. The merchandise is dispatched in a neutral, discrete packaging and normally takes place within 3 – 4 working days after the payable invoice amount has arrived on our bank account by prepayment. In the case of credit card payment the dispatch of the merchandise takes place 3 – 4 days after the receipt of the order. Our parcels have the return address on them, not the company name.

The delivery charges are 5,90 Euro within germany for all methods of payment except for cash on delivery. For cash on delivery we charge 9,90 Euro for shipping within germany. Shipping costs to all other countries are displayed, when choosing the destination country in the basket options.

All delivery times stated here are made to the best of the seller’s knowledge and belief and are therefore not binding. Should delivery times take longer the customer will immediately be informed. If a delivery does not take place at the time we have set, the customer can set a last delivery deadline of 14 days or can withdraw from the contract of sale with a full refund of all amounts received and can cancel the order.

We reserve the right to make a new, non-binding offer to the customer or to cancel a contract of sale, if the natural resources or the manufacturing capacity are not available for a longer period of time. All amounts received will then be refunded to the customer.
